As we finalise the details, we are currently in the process of confirming accommodation arrangements for those who have requested to stay at the venue.
If you have confirmed your accommodation request, rest assured that we are working to ensure everything is in place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd May 2026.
The hotel have also confirmed availability for the Saturday night should you wish to add another night however, we won’t be confirming those details until all of the flight and travel options are better understood later in the year.
The hotel has different room options and based upon your own requirements and numbers we will do our best to provide the appropriate room that may include adjoining doors, disabled facilities and sofa beds.

Room Payments
In the short-term we would appreciate it if you could pay the room fee of £350 per room as previously detailed for the 2 nights including breakfast by the end of August 2025.
